href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000735934&amp;dateTexte=20050725\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 95-408 du 18 avril 1995<\/a> relatif aux <strong>bruits de voisinage<\/strong> (remplac\u00e9 par le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000000459023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2006-1099 du 31 ao\u00fbt 2006<\/a>) ;<\/li><li>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000000197582\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 98-1143 du 15 d\u00e9cembre 1998<\/a> relatif aux <strong>\u00e9tablissements diffusant \u00e0 titre habituel de la musique amplifi\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0(abrog\u00e9 par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2007-1467 du\u00a012 octobre 2007) ;<\/li><li>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000022932349\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2010-1226 du 20 octobre 2010<\/a> relatif au <strong>trafic des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res dans les zones \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9 de population ;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000035388481&amp;dateTexte=20190610\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2017-1244 du 7 ao\u00fbt 2017<\/a>\u00a0relatif \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s aux<strong> bruits et aux sons amplifi\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2dc5f085 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les constructions en France doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences suivantes :<\/p><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\"><p>L&rsquo;article 14 de la loi bruit (codifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do;jsessionid=223BE1324DC24314D39AEBCA4FCDFAE7.tpdjo11v_1?idArticle=LEGIARTI000006824156&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006074096&amp;dateTexte=20101118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article L 111-11-1 du code de la construction et de l\u2019habitation<\/a>) pr\u00e9voit que des objectifs de performance acoustique soient fix\u00e9s, par d\u00e9cret et pour diff\u00e9rents types de b\u00e2timent recevant du public (\u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement, locaux de sports et de loisirs, h\u00f4tels, locaux \u00e0 caract\u00e8re sanitaire ou social).\u00a0<\/p><p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000184934&amp;categorieLien=id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 95-20 du 9 janvier 1995<\/a> est venu fixer les caract\u00e9ristiques acoustiques des b\u00e2timents nouveaux, et renvoie \u00e0 la publication d&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque cat\u00e9gorie de locaux.<\/p><p>La r\u00e8glementation applicable est aujourd&rsquo;hui codifi\u00e9e aux articles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000006895979\/1995-01-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R111-23-1 \u00e0\u00a0R111-23-3 du Code de la construction et de l&rsquo;habitation<\/a>).<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25985ff4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"25985ff4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div data-id=\"416cae0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de sonorisation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (SSS) sont utilis\u00e9s dans les ERP de cat\u00e9gorie 1 ou 2 tel que d\u00e9crites dans la norme EN 61-936. Les \u00e9coles disposant de salle de repos sont \u00e9galement incluses dans ces b\u00e2timents. Les coll\u00e8ges\/lyc\u00e9es disposant d&rsquo;un PPMS peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre inclus dans ce type de dispositifs si l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation se fait avec des messages parl\u00e9s.<\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\">La norme NFS61-932 impose une \u00e9tude du SSS<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"> o\u00f9, a minima, les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">points suivants doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span dir=\"ltr\">Chaque ZA de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement sera d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en un en<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">semble de Locaux Acoustiquement Identiques (LAI). Les LAI <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">sont des locaux ou volumes poss\u00e9dant des caract\u00e9ristiques <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">acoustiques identiques (mat\u00e9riaux, niveau de bruit de fond <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, type de HP, &#8230;).<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"ltr\">La pression acoustique minimale pour que le <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">message d\u2019\u00e9vacuation soit audible doit \u00eatre atteinte. Ce <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">niveau de pression acoustique correspondra au bruit am<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">biant de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de chaque LAI <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">augment\u00e9 d\u2019au moins 10 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">dB(A).<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"> <br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019implantation des diff\u00e9rents diffuseurs d\u2019\u00e9vacuation doit <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">permettre une couverture sonore homog\u00e8ne avec <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">un \u00e9cart <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">maximum de 10 dB au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame LAI<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span dir=\"ltr\">Une simulation acoustique peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour des lo<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">caux acoustiquement complexes ou de tr\u00e8s grande dimen<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">sion (ex : hall de gare, a\u00e9roport, stade, galerie marchande).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span dir=\"ltr\">[EN 54-16] <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">est la norme <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u201cProduit \u00e9lectronique\u201d<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, qui d\u00e9finit les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">fonctionnalit\u00e9s du SSS. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Statut : en application depuis avril 2012.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\">[NF EN 54-24] <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">est la norme <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u201cProduit acoustique\u201d<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">,<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"> qui d\u00e9finit les <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">caract\u00e9ristiques des HP sur un SSS. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Statut : en application depuis avril 2012.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\">[NF EN 54-4 \/ A2]<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\">est la norme <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">\u201cProduit AES\u201d<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">, qui d\u00e9finit les caract\u00e9<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">ristiques des AES sur un SSS. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">Statut : en application depuis novembre 2006.<\/span><\/p><p>La norme NF EN 50849 de Mars 2017 remplace l&rsquo;ancienne norme NF EN 60849 de Ao\u00fbt 1998 pour les b\u00e2timents disposant d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectro-acoustique de secours notamment les b\u00e2timents disposant d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de sonorisation pour la gestion de situations de panique.<\/p><p>D&rsquo;autres normes compl\u00e9mentaires entrent en jeu suivant les particularit\u00e9s des
